BALLARAT AA DISTRICT

The Ballarat AA District began as the Ballarat District Group and held its first meeting on September 6^th 2008. It was formed after members expressed a desire to have an Anniversary Weekend and set up a local phone line.  Both these objectives were achieved in February 2009. Ballarat’s 58^th Anniversary weekend funded the start up for the phone line and the members seeing what a district could accomplish decided to elect a district committee.

Steve C was elected as DCM

Karen A was elected Secretary

Dave A was elected Treasurer

Meredith M was elected Activities

Jamie was elected Web Page Design

Clint was elected post box coordinator
